Oldschool racer with modern spec

This bike came in with some racing heritage, having competed at the Isle of Man classic TT & still had the scruteneering stickers on the fairings still. I’m fascinated with the IOM TT so this was exciting to see!

The plan with the build was to create a well performing classic race bike set up for track use, which could still be used on the public roads.

The bike has an SRAD 750 front end, with 17inch wheels front & back for weight saving & better rubber choice, along with Ohlins shock which sets the bike up for better handling, the frame and swing arm are braced too stiffen them up. An endurance single sided headlight along with discreet LED tail light allows this to be road legal.

Mikuni RS38 flat slides with 30mm Mikuni bell mouths were fitted along with full Yoshimura Cyclone full system, we also re-ground the cams to Yoshi spec to squeeze out a few more horse power!

A custom made aluminium tail unit was fabricated, designed to suit the lines of the bike & the whole build finished off in a classic Suzuki blue & white paint scheme, ready for some track action & Sunday ride outs!
